Skyscrapers in Ryugyong Hotel
I thought that in Italy as a big ugly monster like the echo or as small as those of certain neighborhoods, we were the vanguard, but I was wrong. Also in this field we are amateurs compared to the real professionals, who have designed and built this building, which then (surprise, surprise) is a hotel, the Ryugyong of Pyongyang in North Korea.
This thing (hard to call it building) dominates the skyline of the Korean capital for quite some time, but in fact is born already ruined, a little bulky, but always ruin, since there has never been finished (and therefore never became operational ) since in 1992 the local authorities decided that maybe they spent too much money in a country among the poorest in the world, for a hotel of 3,000 rooms.
